 Meditations on Conscious Living 2008
This year, we will offer an audio meditation each month. As usual, we will focus on a particular theme and you will have an opportunity to spend 10 minutes, more or less, meditating on that theme. Over the course of the month, while the audio meditation remains the same, you may discover a deepened lived experience of the focus of your meditation.
