Important Note: Individual Audio Tapes can only be
purchased directly from Nancy Napier. You may also purchase the
Audio Tapes directly from Nancy

the following:
- Print the
form on your computer with your typeface set to size 12.
(This is the default size)
- Write in
your selections and total the cost.
- Remember
to add shipping charges.
- Include any
